介绍了水中硝酸盐氮快速测定的实验设计,将现代光谱数据的处理方法引入水污染控制工程实验教学。以酚二磺酸光度法测量结果为参考值,比较了紫外分光光度法和紫外可见扫描光谱法直接测定地表水样中硝酸盐氮的结果。试验充分体现了紫外方法快速、无损、无试剂污染的特点,在基本不增加实验开销的基础上,拓展了实验内容,符合当代教育学科交叉的发展趋势。
The experimental design for rapid determination of nitrate-N in water was introduced by applying modern spectra data analysis method in the experimental teaching course of Water Pollution Control. Based on the determination by phenol disulfonate acid spectrophotometry, the testing results of nitrate-N in surface water by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and ultraviolet scan spectrophotometry were respectively discussed. The experiment ful ly showed the rapid, non-destructive and reagent-free features of ultraviolet methods and widens the experiment contents without significantly increasing the cost, which may coincide with the multi-discipline learning trend of modern education.
