对于跨地域的企业,建立高可靠性的远程服务动态优化协调机制成为发展先进智能制造系统的重要方式.构建了基于Holon制造系统的任务资源分配问题的动态配置机制,系统地阐述了该机制的运作情况.其次构建了任务-资源分配问题的数学模型,并运用遗传算法在MATLAB7.0软件上编程仿真,结合具体实例验证了运用遗传算法求解任务-资源分配问题的可行性.
For cross-area enterprise, establishing high reliable mechanism with remote services and dynamic controlling is an important form of developing advanced manufactured system. The paper constracts the dynamic mechanism based on Holon manufacturing system to allot task resources, systematically states the operation case of this mechanism. Secondly,the author also constracts another task-the numeric mode of resources distributing and adopting genetic algorithm on MATLAB7.0, together with exact actual case, proving the feasibility of applying genetic algorithm to work out the task-resources distributing problem.
