以水稻(Oryza sativa L.)等6种植物和油菜菌核病(Sclerotinia sclerotiovum (Lib.) de Bary)等4种植物病原病菌为受试材料,通过生物测定的方法研究了青葙(Celosia argenteas Linn.)根乙酸乙酯相提取物化感活性及抑菌活性.结果表明:与对照相比,在250~4 000μg/mL浓度范围内,提取物对水稻和千金子(Lep-tochloa chinensis (Linn.) Nees)种子的萌发以及三叶鬼针草(Bidens pilosaL.)幼苗的鲜重不产生显著影响,而在相同的浓度范围内,对烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)、丁香蓼(Ludwigia prostrata Roxb.)和千金子幼苗的根长、千金子幼苗的苗高以及醴肠(Eclipta prostrate L.)和丁香蓼幼苗的单株鲜重产生显著抑制作用,对6种植物相对应的其它生长特性方面,只有在高于250μg/mL浓度时才能受到显著抑制.在25~400μg/mL的浓度范围内,提取物对油菜菌核病病菌的生长不产生显著抑制作用,在最高浓度400μg/mL时,其抑制率仅为16.56%.只有在浓度大于100μg/mL时,提取物才能显著抑制烟草灰霉病(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)、小麦赤霉病(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)和杨树溃疡病(Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.)病菌的生长,当提取物浓度为400μg/mL时,其抑制率分别为35.64%、33.24%和24.19%.
Allelopathic activity of ethyl acetate extracts from Celosia argenteas Linn.root on Oryza sativa L.,Nicotiana tabacum L.,Bidens pilosa L.,Eclipta prostrate L.,Ludwigia prostrata Roxb.,Leptochloa chinensis(Linn.) Nees and antifungal activity on Sclerotinia sclerotiovum(Lib.)de Bary,Botrytis cinerea Pers.,Fusarium graminearum Schw.,Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.were carried out by bioassay.The results showed that,the extracts did not significantly inhibit the seed germination of O.sativa and L.chinensis,seedling fresh weight of B.pilosa at 250-4 000 μg/mL,but significantly inhibited seedling root length of N.tabacum,L. prostrata,L.chinensis,seedling height of L.chinensis,seedling fresh weight of E.prostrate and L.prostrate,relative other traits of these six plants were significantly inhibited only over 250 μg/mL.The extract did not significantly inhibit the growth of S.sclerotiovum at 25-400 μg/mL,B.cinerea,F.graminearum and D.gregaria were significantly inhibited only over 100 μg/mL,inhibition rates respectively were 35.64%,33.24% and 24.19% at 400 μg/mL.
