提出了一种适用于测量数据量较大的阿基米德螺旋面CMM测点异常数据的剔除方法,该方法先将直角坐标数据转换柱坐标数据,然后将螺旋面转换为平面,最后循环使用最小二乘法和莱以特准则对阿基米德螺旋面CMM测点的异常数据进行剔除。实验结果证明了该方法的可行性。
A method of removing abnormal data is presented.It is used for lots of data on Archimedes surfaces measured by CMM.The data from cartesian-coordinate system is transformed into cylindrical coordinate system at first.Then the Archimedes surface is transformed into plane.At last,the abnormal data is removed by repeatedly using least square method and Laiyite principle.Experiments show that this method is feasibility.
