采用化学分析、X线衍射分析等测试手段研究了掺杂CuO阿利特-硫铝酸钙熟料的形成化学,测试熟料抗压强度.研究结果表明:在生料中掺杂CuO能够改善生料的易烧性,掺杂适量(质量分数不超过0.1%)的CuO可以明显提高熟料中硫铝酸钙的含量,从而提高熟料的性能,熟料的2、7和28 d净浆强度分别提高19.8、9.4和9.0 MPa.掺杂CuO不改变阿利特-硫铝酸钙熟料体系中阿利特的晶型,该熟料中阿利特均为M1型.
The formation chemistry of CuO-doped alite-sulphoaluminate clinker was investigated by chemical analysis and powder X-ray diffraction,and the compressive strength of clinkers paste was tested.The results showed that the doping of CuO to raw meal could improve the burnability.The suitable amount of CuO(less than 0.1%) could improve the amount of calcium sulphoaluminate in clinkers obviously,thus improving the performance of clinkers.2,7 and 28 d compressive strengths of pastes reached 19.8 MPa,9.4 MPa and 9.0 MPa,respectively.The crystal structure of the alite in this clinker was M1 type,thus it which was invariable with CuO-doping.
