采用水孔蛋白抑制剂氯化汞处理.使水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)幼苗叶片水分丧失降低,而水孔蛋白促进利forskolin使水分丧失增加。氯化汞和forskolin处理都能抑制碳酸酐酶(CA)活性。氯化汞处理使胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、气孔导度以及光合速率降低.而forskolin处理使胞间CO2浓度增加.但蒸腾速率、气孔导度和光合速率降低。氯化汞和forskolin处理都对叶绿素荧光参数没有显著影响。这些结果说明水孔蛋白和CA在光合作用过程具有重要怍用。
Aquaporins play an important role not only in water transport, but also in CO_ 2 diffusion as well as carbonic anhydrase (CA). Mercury chloride, an inhibitor of aquaporins,reduced water loss of leaves of Fraxinus mandshurica seedlings,and forskolin, an activator of aquaporins, increased water loss of leaves.
