网络惯例很大程度上可以认为是维持并协调技术创新网络运行的核心要素。文章主要研究技术创新网络中企业的知识权力对网络惯例形成的影响，并引入网络位置、组织间信任作为中间变量。在对相关文献梳理的基础上，提出了变量之间关系的理论假设，以具有较强研发合作强度和深度的典型行业为对象进行问卷调研，运用多元回归等方法进行实证检验。结果表明，知识权力、网络位置以及组织间信任都有助于促进网络惯例的形成，网络位置的两个维度中，仅有中心性在知识权力和网络惯例之间存在部分中介效应，组织间信任在知识权力和网络中心性对网络惯例形成的影响过程中具有正向调节作用。
英文摘要：
Though network routines are considered to be the core elements to maintain and coordinate the technological innovation net- work, there are few studies on its formation. On the basis of the related literature, We construct the theoretical hypotheses between net- work routines, knowledge power, network position, and inter - organizational trust, and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS17. 0 by surveying on technological innovation networks in Xi＇ an High - tech Park. The empirical test results show that the knowledge pow- er, network location, as well as inter- organizational trust have significant positive relationships with network routines. Only the net- work centrality dimension of the network position act as a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the knowledge power and network routines. The influence of knowledge power and network centrality to network routines are moderated by Inter - organizational trust. These results are helpful to further explore the factors influencing the formation of network routines, and is very important to un- derstand firms＇ innovation cooperating behaviors more deeply.
