本文的目的是介绍临时性工作情景下,企业的HRM遇到的一系列问题和挑战。本文提出了五个关键的研究问题:用人单位使用临时性工人的动因、临时性工人选择这种就业方式的原因、临时性工人代理机构和用人单位间的关系、临时性工人与永久性雇员之间的关系以及组织的人力资源管理面临的挑战。临时性工作在过去的十几年中在全球范围内都有了急剧的增长,本文试图对临时性工作和HRM进行研究,为企业的HRM和进一步的研究提供参考。
the purpose of this paper is to introduce the special problems, challenges and responses relating to the temporary work and HRM. The paper highlights five key research questions: the rationale for using temporary workers rather than permanent workers; the rationale for temporary workers entering into the temporary employment; the relationship between the temporary work agencies and the user firms; the relationship between the temporary workers and the permanent workers and the HR challenges associated with the use of temporary workers. During the 1990s it was rapidly growing in home and abroad and this paper tries to examining temporary work and HRM in order to provide some guidance for firms and directions for further research.
