In order to adapt to the development of global information technologies and the popularization of Supply and Demand Network（SDN）, constructed the SDN model based on Service-Oriented Architecture（SOA）＇s collaborative platform, The loose coupling and the non-state service it provides can satisfy the reusability, cross-platformability and fast-respondability of the enterprises＇ IT systems well. The most effective technology is used in the model, and the Simple Object Access Protocol （SOAP） and XML standard are used to realize communications between applications and services. The service registration adopts the Universal Description Discovery Integration （UDDI） standard, and uses Web Services Description Language （WSDL） files to descript services normally, and brings forward the substantial work flow.
