本研究根据猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)ORF2、猪巨细胞病毒(PCMV)gB基因和TTV2非编码区序列合成引物,利用PCR方法对2009年来自江苏、浙江、上海、广东和广西等5个省市76个患病猪群的仔猪病料进行了病原学检测。结果显示,PCV2阳性率64.5%(49/76),TTV2阳性率47.4%(36/76),PCMV阳性率69.7%(49/76)。在PCV2的阳性病料中,与PCMV和/或TTV2混合感染占93.9%(46/49),PCMV单独感染阳性率18.4%(14/76),表明该地区PCV2感染率明显提高,混合感染种类复杂,从而为有效预防和控制这些疾病提供了理论依据。
According to the published ORF2 sequence of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),glycoprotein B gene of porcine cytomegalovirus(PCMV) and noncoding region sequence of Torque Teno virus 2(TTV2),the primers were designed to develop PCR assays.And those viruses were examined in the diseased pigs from 76 pig herds of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Guangdong and Guangxi provinces in 2009.The results showed that the positive rate of PCV2,PCMV and TTV2 of these 76 samples were 64.5%(49/76),69.7%(49/76) and 47.4%(36/76),respectively.Among the 49 PCV2 positive samples,the rate of co-infection,PCV2+PCMV,PCV2+TTV2 and PCV2+PCMV+TTV2,was 93.9%(46/49).The positive rate of single PCMV infection was 18.4%(14/76).It indicated that PCV2 infection was significantly increased in these regions and the co-infection of different viruses was complicated.It provided a theoretical basis for effectively controlling these diseases.
