Informaition searching（IS） is an important work that should be fulfilled In fuzzy front end of radical innovation（RI）.This paper systematically studies IS of RI from the perspectives of characteristics of information sources and organization restructuring.The results of the paper are as below：Due to the difference of technological value among information drawn from different sources,it is necessary for firms to select key sources to search information for RI;In addition to that,firms intending to fulfill RI should design and restructure their organizations to improve themselves to determine key information sources and carry out information searching.
