根据相似原理,在对比例试件进行多轴疲劳实验的基础上,采用Von Mises等效应力准则进行等效转换和修正,获得了石油套管管体疲劳寿命的预测模型;按照API SPEC STD 5B标准,将J55钢圆棒材料加工为偏梯形螺纹的牙型缺口试件,通过多轴疲劳实验和回归分析,获得了基于应力和应变的两参数和三参数模型以及类Manson-Coffin模型,可用来预测套管钻井螺纹接头的疲劳寿命;同时,还获得了预测误差在20%以内的石油套管钻井中套管柱疲劳寿命的预测方法。
According to the similarity principle and Von Mises equivalent stress criterion, a predication model for fatigue life of the casing body is established on the basis of multi-axial fatigue testing of the reference specimen. According to API SPEC STD 5B standard, a single tooth type notched specimen for buttress thread is made from the J55 grand casing, and the two-parameter and three-parameter models and Manson-Coffin model based on stress and strain are obtained for predicating the fatigue life of the threaded joint of casing through multi-axial fatigue testing and regression analysis. At the same time, a method for predicting the fatigue life of casing string after casing drilling is also proposed in this paper, with predication error within 20%.
