化合物安全评定一直是人们关注的焦点。随着科技的发展,毒理基因组学在化合物安全评定过程中的应用引起了研究者们的重视。毒理基因组学是利用DNA微阵列技术研究化合物作用于机体后的基因变化,将毒理基因组学技术与传统毒理学及组织病理学相结合,评价和预测化合物毒性的一门学科。近些年,研究者们在毒理基因组学方面的研究取得了较大进展。文章就毒理基因组学的应用平台及其在化合物心脏毒性、肾脏毒性、免疫毒性评定过程中的应用进行了综述,同时列出了部分国内外研究者报道的毒性标志基因。
Compound safety assessment has been the focus of attention. With the development of technology, the application of toxicogenomics in the process of compound safety assessment attracts researchem'attention. Toxicogenomics is the subject that studies the genetic changes after the compounds acting on the body by using DNA microarray technology and combines omics technology with conventional toxicology and histopathol- ogy to evaluate and predict the toxicity of a compound. Researehers have made great progress on the research in terms of toxicogenomics in re- cent years. This paper reviews the application platform of toxicogenomics and its application in the assessment process of cardiotoxicity, nephro- toxicity, immunotoxicity of compounds, while simultaneously listing the toxic marker gene reported by some researchers at home and abroad.
