采用混癌乏/厌氧/好氧/一体化臭氧曝气生物滤池/上流式曝气生物滤池组合工艺处理某制革厂废水,在进水量为50~80m^3/d的条件下,出水COD、氨氮和总铬含量可分别控制在100、10、0.3mg/L以下,完全达到该厂回用和排放标准。在不考虑人工及折旧费的情况下,运行成本仅为8.78元/m^3,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
A combined process of coagulation, A/O, integrated ozone/BAF and up-flow BAF was applied to treat the wastewater from a tannery in Guangdong Province. With an influent of 50 to 80 m3/d, the effluent concentrations of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total chromium could be controlled at less than 100 mg/L, 10 mg/L and 0. 3 mg/L respectively, which met the reuse or discharge standards. The treatment cost was only 8.78 yuan/m3 without counting labor and depreciation costs. Great economic and en- vironmental benefits were gained .
