探讨了各种分散剂在Al2O3水系浆料中的分散作用及其相关机理。结果表明:分散剂的相对分子质量大小、构象和添加量对Al2O3浆料的流变性有着重要的影响。随着PAA(聚丙烯酸)类分散剂添加量的增加,Al2O3浆料的Zeta电位值整体下降,其等电点由8.3移动到4.7,PAA最佳添加量(质量分数)为0.5%~0.8%。相对分子质量较大的聚电解质分散剂对浆料的分散、稳定性较好;相对分子质量较小的聚电解质分散剂的最佳添加量范围更宽,为0.5%~2.0%(质量分数),且浆料黏度的变化随分散剂添加量的不同变化较小。
The dispersed effects and related mechanisms of various dispersants in Al2O3 slurry were discussed. The results indicate that the relative molecular mass, structure-shape and addtive amounts of the dispersants have important effects on the rheology of Al2O3 slurry. The isoelectric point of Al2O3 slurry decreases from 8.3 to 4.7 with adding rate increment of PAA dispersants, the optimal range of additive amount is 0.5%~0.8% (mass fraction). The slurry has high dispersivity and stability using polyelectrolyte dispersants with high relative molecular mass. For the dispersants with less relative molecular mass, the optimal range of addtive amount is more broad (0.5%~2.0%) (mass fraction) and the viscosity of the slurry changes less with the adding rate change of the dispersants.
