针对微热管性能测试系统的实时高速数据采集和控制等要求,利用通用串行总线USB和数字信号处理器DSP技术,再结合LabVIEW虚拟仪器,开发了数据采集控制系统。实验测试表明:该微热管测量控制系统具有测控系统成本低、支持热插拔和容易实现功能扩展等优点,满足了热管测试实时高速数据采集和控制的要求,对数据采集与处理设备在降低成本、实现功能扩展和支持热插拔等方面具有借鉴意义。
In order to collect and process the real-time data in micro-heat pipe testing, a measuring and control system, using USB technique, DSP technique and LabVIEW program language was developed. The experimental test results show that the measuring and control system is adequate to collect and process the real-time data in micro-heat pipe testing and convenience to expand its function with little cost and that it support hot-plugging. The present paper is useful for reducing the cost of data collecting and processing equipment, expanding its function and supporting hot-plugging.
