利用非结构化对等网络的可扩展性与非集中性的特点,设计与实现了一个基于混合式非结构化对等网络的桌面网格平台UDGP(Unstructured P2P Desktop Grid Platform)。UDGP平台中的节点角色分为工作机对等实体、管理机对等实体、应用程序对等实体,共同的协同与合作完成并行分布式计算。利用了一个通用的混合式对等网络通信库JXTA,JXTA框架方便了对等实体直接或间接的通信,保证了对等实体组的自组织特性与安全性。构建了平台的测试环境,以生物多序列比对作为案例程序,实验结果表明UDGP平台的加速比与计算时间比同类系统性能较好,具有稳健性、高效性与可扩展性的特点。
Exploiting the unstructured P2P network's expandability and decentralisation characteristics,the authors have designed and implemented a hybrid unstructured P2P desktop grid platform.On UDGP,node users are classified into work machine peer entities,management machine peer entities,and application peer entities;all of the above collaborate and cooperate for parallel distributed computation.A general purpose hybrid P2P network communication library,called JXTA,is adopted.The JXTA framework eases the direct and indirect communication between peer entities,ensures the peer entity group's automatic organising feature and safety.The platform testing environment is set up to take biological multi-sequences comparison as the case programme.Experiment results show the acceleration ratio and computation time ratio of UDGP platform is of the best performance in systems of the same type,bearing such characteristics as steadiness,high efficiency and scalability.
