目的:建立贴近临床的营养性肥胖大鼠模型,观察肥胖大鼠模型的形态与血糖、血脂变化情况.方法:用高脂饲料喂养成年大鼠80天,观测大鼠体重、体长、Lee’s指数及血糖、血脂水平.结果:应用高脂饲料喂养后,大鼠体重、体长、Lee’s指数与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.001),大鼠的血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01~P〈0.001),而高密度脂蛋白明显低于对照组(P〈0.001).结论:高脂饲料可以使成年大鼠发生营养性肥胖,肥胖大鼠的血糖、血脂水平与对照组相比差异有统计学意义.
Objective: To establish adult alimentary obese rats models and observe their changes in appearance, serum levels of glucose and lipid. Methods:The rats were fed with high fat food for 80 days and their weight ,length and Lee's index were observed. Results :The weight ,length and Lee's index had significant difference between the control group and the models( P 〈 0. 001 ). Fat rats had higher serum levels of glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein, but lower high-density lipoprotein than normal rats(P 〈 0, 01 -P 〈 0. 001 ). Concluslons:High fat food may cause alimentary obesity in aduh rats, and there's significant difference in serum levels of glucose and lipid between the normal and obese rats.
