为了证明纳米0价铁(nZVI)对于双介质阻挡放电降解染料废水的过程中具有较好的催化作用,本文以活性艳蓝X-BR为目标污染物,研究了在电压65V、电流0.92A、反应时间为10min时,nZVI对其在色度和TOC这2个方面的催化效果,并与Fen催化相比较。结果表明,nZVI的优化投加量为0.5g/L,在此投加量下活性艳蓝X-BR的去除率由88%提高到92%,TOC的去除率从16%提高到20%,并通过测定Fen和H2O2的含量变化来验证其作用机理。继而将nZVI和Fe^2+的催化效果作比较,nZVI的催化效果要高于Fe^2+,证明了nZVI耦合双介质阻挡放电对于活性艳蓝X-BR的去除有较好的的效果。
The removal efficiency of catalytic effects of nano zoro-valent iron (nZVI) on wastewater treatment by double-dielectric barrier discharge was investigated. The reactive brilliant blue (X-BR) was chosen as a target pollutant. Under the conditions of the input voltage 65 V, the input current 0.92 A and the reaction time of 10 min, the catalytic effects of nZVI on color and TOC removal were studied. Fe^2+ was used as a compared catalysis. The experimental results showed that, the optimal dosage ofnZVI is 0.5 g/L, the removal ratio of X-BR increases from 88% to 92%, and TOC removal ratio changes from 16% to 20%. H2O2 and Fe^2+ are quantified to validate the X-BR removal mechanism. It was found that the nZVI has better catalytic effects than Fe^2+, double-dielectric barrier discharge combined with nZVI has good effects on X-BR removal.
