区域林业科技水平是区域林业经济可持续发展的重要保障。文章详细梳理了林业科技相关文献，在索洛余值法的基础上测算出我国东部、中部、西部和东北地区四大区域1996-2010年的林业科技水平，并基于差异视角利用单因素方差分析法，检验了四大区域林业科技水平差异性特征。结果表明：我国区域间林业科技存在显著差异，其具体情形是东部地区和西部地区及东北地区差异显著。在推动林业发展中应重视这种差异的存在。
英文摘要：
The scientific and technological level of regional forestry is an important safeguard for the sustainable development of the regional forestry economy. The paper summarized the literature of forestry science and tech- nology in detail. Based on Solow residual method, the scientific and technological level of four regions, which were eastern region, central region, western region and northeast region, were measured from 1996 to 2010. In the view of difference, the difference characters of the scientific and technological level of these four regions were tested by one-way ANOVA. The result showed that the scientific and technological level has significant difference within four regions. The specific situation was that the difference was significant between eastern re- gion and western region. The difference between eastern region and northeast region was also significant. It should be paid attention to the existence of such differences in promoting the forestry development.
