英文摘要：
This paper analyzes the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on alliance performance from firm level, and also discusses the moderating effect of environment uncertainty and firm size on this relationship. The conclusions suggest that it can enhance firm alliance performance to develop and cultivate entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial orientation can more effectively promote alliance performance on uncertainty environment, and small size firms can more effectively use entrepreneurial orientation to improve alliance performance.
