根据地外星体探测取心钻具的功能要求,研制出一种具有阻隔环的新型结构钻头,以解决取心钻头取心率低的问题。对主、副切削具在取心过程中使星壤产生的失效形式进行分析,并建立切削模型和星壤侧向失效模型。根据郎肯被动土压力原理,建立阻隔环对星壤样心的阻隔模型。以月球土壤为例,分析副切削具的结构参数对取心率的影响。试验结果表明有阻隔环结构的钻头能有效地提高星壤取心率。研究结论可为我国探月工程月面采样钻头的设计提供理论依据。
According to the functional requirements of extraterrestrial body detection drilling tool, a new coring bit with barrier and isolation ring is developed to resolving the low coring rate problem. The failure forms of extraterrestrial regolith which caused by main and vice cutting tips is analysed and the cutting model and lateral failure model are established. Based on the Rankine passive earth pressure theory, the model of extraterrestrial regolith coring barrier is established.Take the lunar soil as an example, the influence of structure parameters of vice cutting tips on coring rate is analysed. The result of test shows that the coring rate would be raised by barrier and isolation ring. The conclusion would provide a theoretical basis for sampling bit design of China's lunar exploration project.
