目的：探讨骨肉瘤患者血清中白细胞介素27（IL-27）、白细胞介素10（IL-10）的表达意义。方法选取2005~2013年间收治的160例肢体骨肉瘤患者作为骨肉瘤组，健康体检人群250人作为健康对照组。采集两组研究对象的外周血，用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）检测血清中 IL-27、IL-10的表达水平，分析其与骨肉瘤发病及进展关系。结果骨肉瘤组的 IL-27、IL-10水平均低于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。在骨肉瘤患者中，IL-27与肿瘤的临床分期和是否有转移明显相关，处于肿瘤发病Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的患者其血清 IL-27水平低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者（P〈0.01），合并远处转移的患者血清 IL-27水平低于无远处转移的患者（P〈0.01）。但 IL-10与骨肉瘤的相关临床特征均无相关性，且血清 IL-27水平与 IL-10水平也无明显线性相关（r =0.076，P =0.594）。结论 IL-27、IL-10参与了骨肉瘤的免疫调节，IL-27的低表达可能与骨肉瘤的进展相关。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the significance of expression of IL-27 and IL-10 in serum of patients with osteosar-coma.Methods 160 cases of patients with osteosarcoma admitted to hospital from 2005 to 2013 were selected as osteosarco-ma group,and 250 healthy people who received physical examination as control group.Peripheral blood was collected from the 2 groups,and expression levels of IL-10 and IL-27 in serum were tested by ELISA and then its relationship with the morbidity and development situation of osteosarcoma was analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-10 and IL-27 in the case group were lower on average than those of the control group,so difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The level of IL-27 in os-teosarcoma patients was significantly correlated with tumor stages and metastasis.IL-27 level in serum of patients in tumor sta-ges Ⅲ~ Ⅳ were lower than those in stagesⅠ~ Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.The similar results were also found in patients with metastasis, patients with merger of distant metastasis had lower IL-27 levels than those without distant metastasis（P〈0.01）.But there was no correlation between IL-10 and the clinical features of osteosarcoma,and no significant linear correlation were found be-tween IL-27 and IL-10 levels（r= 0.076,P= 0.594）.Conclusion IL-27 and IL-10 involve in the immune regulation of osteo-sarcoma.The low expression of IL-27 may be related to the progression of osteosarcoma.
