医学具有很强的研究性和实践性,培养医学生的科研能力和思辨能力尤为重要,因此,作为一种开放式的教学模式,以研究为基础的学习（research-based learning,RBL）在医学教育中具有重要作用。在此笔者结合实践经验,总结RBL教学过程中的一些体会,并提出一些思考和建议,以期为我国医学院校实施RBL教学模式提供启示。
英文摘要：
Medicine is based on research and practice. To train clinical medical students with research and analyzing ability is very important. Thus research-based learning （RBL）, an open module of teaching, is becoming important in medical education. Combining of the practice of RBL for years, the writer summarize the experience and put forward some suggestions, hoping to contribute to the implementation of RBL in the education of basic medicine in our country.
