研发产业对发展战略新兴产业及实现经济转型具有重要作用,然而目前对研发产业的空间分布规律及影响因素的研究相对薄弱。本研究以专利授权数来表征研发产业,采用变异系数、标准差及ESDA方法对1996-2009年江苏省研发产业的时空差异演变及成因进行了探讨,结果发现:(1)江苏省研发产业的相对差异和绝对差异在2004年以前变化不大,其后二者都逐渐增大,尤其是在2006年以后更为显著;(2)江苏省研发产业空间格局在1996-2009年没有太大变化,苏州和无锡一直是研发产业较为发达的区域,苏北地区较为落后,在空间上低低集聚有向苏中蔓延的趋势;(3)江苏省研发产业具有向苏州、无锡和南通集聚的趋势,上海对江苏省研发产业空间结构演变影响显著。(4)区域创新环境及开放程度对研发产业具有显著影响,在打造区域创新环境的过程中,尤其要重视政府的作用;其次是市场需求因素。最后要注意基础设施建设,尤其是要注重信息通讯设施等与研发产业相关的配套服务的建设,加大教育和培训的投入。
The study uses the number of the patents granted to characterize the R&D industry, and investigates the spatial and temporal evolution and their causes of the dif-ference of the R&D industry in Jiangsu Province by coefficient of variation, standard de-viation and ESDA method. Four conclusions are found as follows: (1) the relative differ-ence and absolute difference of R&D industry in Jiangsu changed a little just before 2004. Then they increased gradually, especially after 2006; (2) the spatial pattern of R&D industry didn't change obviously between 1996 and 2009. Suzhou and Wuxi have always been the most developed regions, while the north is lagged behind. And in space, there is a trend for the agglomeration of R&D industry to spread to the middle; (3) The R&D industry has a concentrated trend focus on Suzhou, Wuxi and Nantong, and this spatial evolution is affected by Shanghai; (4) Regional innovation environment and open-ness have significant influence to the R&D industry. In shaping the regional innovation environment, particular emphasis should be drawn on the role of government. Secondly, the market's demand also talks. Finally, we should pay attention to the infrastructure, particularly the information and communication facilities as well as the R&D industry re-lated services support, with increased investment in education and training.
