研究了浓度、pH值、温度等因子对5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)在水溶液中稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着ALA水溶液初始浓度、pH值以及贮藏温度的升高,ALA的稳定性迅速下降。提示ALA贮藏应采用原药形式,密封避光保存于干燥处;溶液配制时,浓度不宜过高;配好的溶液尽量一次性用完,且不宜与碱性试剂混合使用。
The chemical stability of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) in aqueous solution was studied as a function of its concentration, pH and storage temperature. The results showed that the higher the concentration, pH and storage temperature were, the faster the rate of ALA in aqueous degraded. Therefore, ALA should be stored in the form of original crystal or powder and kept in dry, shady and cool place with package tightly closed. When ALA was dissolved in solution, the concentration should be as low as possible according to different application purposes, and used up in one time, especially not companied with alkaline reagents.
