Application of telemetering, telecontrolling, communicating, computer and informatiom technology, computer monitoring and controlling system based on hydro project information technology was made in Cao'e River sluice project. The automatic collecting of safety monitoring and real-time image information, gate automatic controlling, and regulation, and manegement automation were realized. This paper provides valuable concepts for decision making support for flood controlling and water resources regulating.
