采用传统的固相烧结工艺,制备了不同Mg掺杂量的Lu3Fe5O12陶瓷样品,并对样品的结构,磁性能,红外光谱及拉曼光谱进行相关研究.发现Mg的掺入并未改变Lu3Fe5O12陶瓷的石榴石结构,同时Mg的掺入对于Lu3Fe5O12陶瓷的磁性性能有着显著地影响,当Mg的掺杂量较小时,优先取代八面体a位的铁离子,从而使得样品磁性增强,而当镁离子的掺杂量达到一定程度后,将会同时占据八面体a位和四面体d位两种次晶格,从而使得样品磁性相对减弱.此外,红外光谱及拉曼光谱的研究结果证实了Mg掺杂对Lu3Fe5O12磁性改变的机制的推测.
