随着我国经济的发展。农村建筑能耗已成为我国建筑节能不可忽略的一部分,尤其是北方严寒地区,采暖能耗更为突出。本文针对内蒙古赤峰地区典型农村住宅,提出了两种被动式节能改造方案——附加被动式阳光房和增加外墙保温性能,利用DeST—h软件模拟分析了基准住宅在改造前后的室温变化和全年采暖负荷指标。结果表明:(1)加阳光房后卧室和厨房的温度降低,门厅温度升高,建筑整体采暖节能率只有6.59%;(2)墙体外保温方式可有效提高各房间温度,减少采暖热负荷,采暖节能率达31.52%;(3)严寒地区使用双层钢窗的农村住宅采暖节能改造不适合采用被动式阳光房方式,适合采用墙体外保温的方式。
Rural buildings energy consumption has become a part of building energy saving in our country which should not be neglected, with the development of Chinese economy. The energy consumption of heating is more outstanding especially in northern cold region. This paper presents two passive energy saving transformation scheme for the typical rural residence in Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia: ( 1 ) Add a passive sun room, (2) Increase the thermal insulation per- formance of exterior wall. Then use DeST - h software simulates and analysis temperature changes and the year heating load indexes of the benchmark room before and after the transformation. Results show that: ( 1 ) After adding sun room, the temperatures in the bedroom and kitchen reduced , the temperature in the hall increased, the overall heating energy - saving rate of the building is only 6. 59% ; (2) the external wall thermal insulation mode can effectively in- crease the temperatures in these rooms, and reduce the heat load for heating, the heating energy saving rate is 31.52 % ; ( 3 ) The energy saving renovation for rural residences useing double steel windows in the cold areas is not fit with adding passive sun room, is fit with the method of external wall thermal insulation.
