With the deepening of reform and opening-up after China＇s WTO entry, trade in services has become a new growth point of FDI as an economic restructuring form. At the same time, the speed of the development of trade in services is faster and faster, therefore, there is a kind of inner link between FDI and trade in services. By using co-integration and panel data analysis, the paper finds out the relationship between FDI and trade in services, and proposes some suggestions for the distribution of FDI.
