目的：观察中西医结合卒中单元模式对维、汉两民族急性脑卒中患者治疗前后血脂及血清内脂素、脂联素含量变化的影响。方法：收集维、汉两民族急性脑卒中患者病例,经中西医结合卒中单元模式治疗,检测维、汉两民族急性脑卒中患者在入院时及治疗1个疗程后血脂各项指标及血清内脂素、脂联素的含量变化。结果：维、汉两民族患者治疗后低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（LDL-C）、高脂血症（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）及内脂素、脂联素含量与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两民族患者间治疗前后各因子变化情况进行比较,HDL-C、LDL-C及内脂素含量变化情况差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合卒中单元模式治疗维、汉两民族急性脑卒中患者,均有良好疗效,都能够改善血脂情况和降低内脂素,提高脂联素含量;维族急性脑卒中患者治疗过程中恢复情况要好于汉族患者,在HDL-C升高、LDL-C及内脂素含量降低的趋势都远大于汉族;内脂素和脂联素在临床上对于两民族患者都可以作为2个独立的因素来对待。

Objective： To investigate the influence of integrative medicine stroke unit mode on the contents of blood lipid, visfatin and adiponectin of the patients with acute stroke from uygur ethnic group and Han nationality.Methods： The cases from uygur ethnic group and Han nationality were collected and the patients were treated with integrative medicine stroke unit mode, the contents of visfatin and adiponectin, different indexes of blood lipid of the patients with acute stroke from uygur ethnic group and Han nationality were detected at hospitalized time and after one course of the treatment. Results： The comparison showed significant difference after treating compared with before treating in low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）, triglyceride（TG）, total cholesterol（TC）, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）, very low density lipoprotein（VLDL）, the contents of visfatin and adiponectin（P〈0.05）;the changes of different indexes of the patient were compared between before and after treating, the comparisons of HDL-C, LDL-C and the contents of visfatin showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative medicine stroke unit mode could obtain better effects in treating the patients with acute stroke from uygur ethnic group and Han nationality, it could improve the conditions of blood lipid, decrease visfatin and raise the contents of adiponectin; recovery conditions of uygur patients are better than the patients of Han nationality, especially in the tendency of raising HDL-C and LDL-C, and decreasing the contents of visfatin; visfatin and adiponectin could be as two independent factors to be treated for the patients from different nationalities in clinic.
