采用365nm的门光束和633nm的记录光,在LiNbO3:Fe:Cu(Fe:0.15%;Cu:0.01%)晶体中实现了20幅全息光栅的双色复用记录和固定,平均固定效率达到79%,在5.0mm厚的晶体中固定后的动态范围M/#为1.50。实验研究了门光束光强、记录光与门光束的光强比对双色复用存储性能的影响,结果表明,增大门光束光强、减小记录光与门光束的光强比,有利于提高双色记录的复用全息图的平均固定效率以及动态范围;而增大记录光与门光束的光强比,可以提高双色记录灵敏度。
We multiplex 20 plane-wave holograms in LiNbO3 :Fe: Cu crystal with recording beams at 633 nm and gating beam at 365 nm. Their average fixing efficiency reaches 79 % ,and after-fixing dynamic range M/# is 1.50. The effect gating intensity,and intensity ratio of writing to gating beam on two-color recording performances of multiplexing holograms in LiNbO3 :Fe: Cu crystal is investigated. The experimental results show that the decrease of the intensity ratio of writing to gating beam and the increase of the gating intensity at the same time will result in higher average fixing efficiency and dynamic range. On the other hand,the experimental results indicate that the higher the intensity ratio of writing to gating beam, the higher recording sensitivity.
