蒙古扁桃(Prunus mongolicaMaxim.)为荒漠区和荒漠草原的景观植物和水土保持植物,也是内蒙古干旱阳坡石质含量较大地段的重要护土灌木,现已被列为国家三级保护植物,也已成为濒危植物之一。本研究以蒙古扁桃1个月龄实生苗茎段为组织培养材料,通过选择6-BA和NAA两种激素及其不同浓度梯度配比试验,研究对愈伤组织形成的影响,目的是筛选对愈伤组织形成效果最佳的激素及其浓度组合,为濒危植物蒙古扁桃的种质资源保护与快繁技术的成熟提供重要的技术支撑。试验结果表明:6-BA和NAA激素浓度均在0.7mg.L-1时愈伤组织形成率可达87%。二次重复试验获得了同样的结果,说明该结果的重复性很好,所以,今后在蒙古扁桃组织培养中,如果以较小苗木的茎段为材料时,选择6-BA和NAA的浓度在0.7mg.L-1时应该获得较好的效果。
