High-tech development zones are becoming regional economic growth pole, innovation is the impetus of hightech zone development and regional economic growth, in order to study the influence of High-Tech Development Zones innovation and innovation drive on regional economic growth, Innovation drive, innovation activities and regional economic growth in East China High- Tech development zones are studied by factor analysis, regression analysis, two stage least squares method and clustering analysis methods. The study has gained innovation of high- tech development zones is inner variability for regional economic growth, it promotes regional economic growth. But this has relation to innovation elements’ agglomeration degree, organizational learning level and regional economic environment, the higher agglomeration degree, the higher learning level and better regional economic environment will play a better role.
