基于知识利用和知识发展的企业国际化过程分析——以中国家电企业为例

中文摘要:

国际化已经成为企业生存和发展的重要手段,而知识也已被视为企业国际化进入决策的重要影响因素。首先分析企业国际化进入决策与企业知识存量变化之间的关系,从知识积累和发展的角度阐释了企业国际化过程中进入决策序列的渐进性及其变化的特征。然后,选择中国家电行业中具有代表性的5家企业作为研究对象,对各企业国际化过程及海外市场进入决策序列进行深入分析和综合比较研究。研究结果表明,中国家电企业的国际化进入决策序列整体上表现出资源投入和控制程度逐步增强的特点,反映出企业的国际化过程总体上具有渐进发展的特征。研究结果对处于国际化初期阶段的中国制造业企业具有一定的借鉴作用。

英文摘要:

Internationalization has become the important means of survival and development for enterprises, and knowledge has been considered as the important influence factor of entry decision. The entry decision sequence has gradually characteristic that the resource investment and control degree develop from low to high, and enterprises can choose suitable international path according to analysis of the relation of entry decision and the change of knowledge capacity. The household electric appliance industry has been one representative of the highest market degree and competition degree. Facing with the dual competition at home and overseas, the external internationalization of Chinese household electric appliance enterprises is a typical representative. Thus the paper choose five well -known household electric appliance enterprises (Haler, H.isense, TCL, Chunlan and Changhong) as the cases of analysis. It is proved that the internationalization process of all case enterprises displays gradual characteristics, which means that the enterprises prefer to choose the enter mode of lower control degree (such as export). In the initial period of internationalization, and gradually increase resource commitment in the specific market, and also have an tendency to adopt entry mode of higher control degree on the following overseas. As a whole, the process of internationalization of Chinese household electric appliance enterprises displays gradual characteristics, and the conclusion have the significance to the internationalization of Chinese manufaetttring enterprises.
