数字调制质量参数目前还缺乏完善的量值溯源体系,开展全国性量值比对是推进该量值测量结果统一性的有效途径.首先对自主提出的矢量信号源传递标准研制方法进行简要的阐述,其次,在对目前市场主流的矢量信号分析仪进行大量比对测量的基础上,发现了2处由于算法定义的区别导致测量结果的差异,进行了理论分析和公式推导,并通过测量实验验证了理论分析的正确性,从而为推进该参量的量值统一奠定基础,有利于提高该量值测量结果的准确性和一致性.
Current, there is a lack of perfect quantity traceability system in digital modulation quality parameters, developing national quantity comparison measurement is the effective way to promote the unification of measurement results. Firstly, the independently developed study method for the transfer standard of vector signal source is briefly introduced. Secondly, the comparison ducted on current main stream vector signal analyzers on the market; two differences of the measurement results for the algorithms are discovered, which are caused by the difference of the algorithm definition; then theoretical analysis, formula derivation, and experimental verification are carried out. Experiment results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, which lays a foundation for promoting the quantity unification of the parameter, and is benefit to improving the accuracy and consistency of the measurement results of the parameter.
