According to the analysis of current status and deficiency of enterprise knowledge management evaluation research, a preliminary evaluation index system is put forward based on external competitive environment and internal management ability. Centralization statistical method is used to filtrate from the preliminary index system, and an evaluation index system of knowledge management under the enterprise strategic frame is finally established.
