针对微污染珠江水会对超滤膜产生的无机物、有机物、微生物等污染,利用超滤直接过滤珠江水,采用多种化学清洗剂对超滤膜进行了清洗试验,考察了几种化学清洗剂对污染膜的清洗效果。试验结果表明:酸、碱、NaC1O溶液对膜通量的恢复都有一定的效果,但是都不能使膜通量恢复到初始水平,NaC1O对超滤膜膜通量的恢复效果优于单一NaOH碱溶液、HCl清洗、柠檬酸清洗效果;NaOH和NaClO、NaClO和表面活性剂复合清洗剂对膜通量的恢复均有较好的效果,3.0 g/L NaClO和2.0%NaOH复合溶液、2%NaOH、3.0 g/L NaClO和0.25%SDS复合溶液清洗后膜通量恢复率高达98%以上。
With the purpose of retarding ultra-filtering membrane fouling of inorganic, organic and microbial pollutions caused by the micro-polluted water of Zhujiang, the micro-polluted water was directly filtered by ultra-filtration in this paper. The ultra-filtering membranes were cleaned by multiple chemistry cleaning agents and the cleaning effect of agents on the membrane pollution were studied. The results showed:the acid solu- tion,alkaline solution and NaClO solution are respectively effective to the regeneration of membrane flux, but all the solution can not regenerate the initial membrane flux. The effect of cleaning by NaClO solution on ultrafiltering membrane flux recovery is better than cleaning by signal NaOH solution, signal HCl solution and signal citric acid solution. The effect of mixing cleaning agent of NaOH and NaClOsolution, NaClO and surface active agent are both well on the regeneration of membrane flux. The effect of membrane flux recovery all reach over 98% after cleaning by mixing solution of 3.0 g/L NaClO and 2.0% NaOH,2% NaOH and mixing solution of 3.0 g/L NaClO and 0.25% SDS respectively.
