本文以126位研发团队领导为调研对象,探究团队领导外部社会网络、团队跨界行为与团队创造力之间的内在作用关系。研究结果表明:团队领导外部网络中心性对团队创造力具有显著的正向影响;外部网络密度对创造力具有显著的负向影响;跨界行为在外部网络中心性与创造力关系中起着部分中介作用;跨界行为在外部网络密度与创造力关系中起着部分中介作用;"面子"在团队领导外部网络中心性与团队创造力关系间起到调节作用。
Based on a survey of 126 RD team leaders,the paper explored the effect relationships among team leader's external social network,team boundary behavior,team creativity. The empirical results showed that team leader's external network centrality had a positive impact on team creativity; team leader's external network density had an negative impact on team creativity; these relationships were mediated by team boundary behavior; face moderated the relationship between team leader's external network centrality and team creativity.
