Studies showed that the crystal morphologies of quartz crystals of different genetic types are related mainly to the composition and properties of the country rocks. Micro-morphological characteristics of large rhombohedral faces (R) are related mainly to temperature and thermodynamic environment conditions for the growth of quartz crystals.
