肿瘤多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)是导致肿瘤化疗失败、影响治疗效果的主要原因之一。随着生物技术的快速发展,纳米载体在逆转MDR方面呈现出增强药物靶向性、减少药物外排、降低药物毒副作用等明显优势,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文就肿瘤MDR发生机制和纳米载体逆转MDR方面的研究成果作一综述。
Multidrug resistance(MDR)is one of the main reasons to failure of tumor chemotherapy,and the influence on the treatment efficacy for cancer.With the rapid development of biotechnology,nanoparticle carrier has many advantages in MDR reversal,such as improving drug targeting to tumors,reducing drug efflux and lowering drug toxicity.Therefore,it has been caught scholars' eyes at home and abroad.This article will summarize the mechanism of tumor MDR and recent advances in the area of reversal effects of MDR by nanoparticle carrier.
