微悬臂梁传感器具有超高灵敏度的质量检测能力和独特的应力测量模式。因其体积小、易集成以及可用于无标记检测,成为多组分高通量分析及新型生物传感器研究领域的热点。主要介绍了其工作原理、阵列信号的读取方式和表面功能化方法,重点评述了微悬臂梁阵列传感器在气体成分识别和生物分子相互作用研究中近期的发展情况,探讨了目前研究中所面临的问题,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
The microcantilever sensor possesses capability of detecting the tiny mass change with high sensitivity and the unique mode to measure the surface stress.It has become the research hotspot of multi-component and high-throughput analysis,as well as developing new biosensors,because of its small size,easy to integrate in single chip and label-free detection.This paper introduced the measuring principle,array readout and surface functionalization,focused on the current research progress of the identification of vapour composition and the biomolecular interaction using the microcantilever array,discussed the existing problems and the prospect of research trends.
