从创新性和敏捷性的角度出发,构建了一个关于互动能力、创新性、敏捷性对组织绩效影响的理论模型,并以全国321家企业为样本对理论假设进行验证。数据结果证实了互动能力对组织绩效的影响,并得出互动能力向组织绩效顺利转化的关键是借助于创新性和敏捷性的构建的结论。
From the perspective of innovation and agility, the model of interaction capabilities-innovation/agility-organizational performance is proposed. The sample are collected from 321 companies. It is concluded that interaction capabilities have positive impact on organizational performance, and innovation and agility, as a bridge linking interaction capabilities and organizational performance, play an intermediary role between them.
