旨在观察外源性cAMP对秦川犊牛生长性能及部分血液指标的影响。选取体质量相近的秦川犊牛公、母各6头(2月龄±10 d)。公母犊牛均分成试验组和对照组,进行120 d的饲养试验,试验组每隔10 d皮下注射cAMP标准注射液10 mL(0.6 mg/kg);对照组注射等量生理盐水。结果表明,和对照组相比,公犊牛末体质量、日增体质量分别提高8.99%、20.00%(P〈0.01),血清总胆固醇浓度在240 h内降低26.10%(P〈0.05),血糖浓度、生长激素质量浓度在72 h内分别提高6.50%、8.24%(P〈0.05),胰岛素质量浓度在48 h内提高7.43%(P〈0.05)。母犊牛末体质量、日增体质量分别提高7.94%、19.18%(P〈0.01),血清总胆固醇浓度在240 h内降低12.18%(P〈0.05),血糖浓度、生长激素质量浓度在72 h内分别提高8.30%、6.72%(P〈0.05),胰岛素质量浓度在48 h内提高6.15%(P〈0.05)。由此可知,注射外源性cAMP可显著提高犊牛的生长性能,并影响部分血液生化指标。
In order to explore the effects of exogenous cAMP on the growth ability and blood parameters of Qinchuan calves,12 healthy Qinchuan calves(6 males and 6 females) at similar physical conditions were selected for a 120-d raising experiment.Calves were grouped randomly and equally into the experimental group and control group which had both genders(3 males and 3 females each group).Ten milliliters of 0.6 mg/kg exogenous cAMP(cyclic adenosine monophosphate) were injected subcutaneously into each subject of experimental group every 10 days and the same amount of saline was injected into each subject of the control group.The results show that,compared with the control group,male calves in experimental group had 8.99%(P〈0.01) higher body weight and 20.00%(P〈0.01) higher daily weight gain after the whole experiment session,as well as 26.10%(P〈0.05) lower serum total cholesterol by 240-hour treatment,6.50%(P〈0.05) higher blood glucose,8.24%(P〈0.05) higher growth hormone concentrations by 72-hour treatment and 7.43%(P〈0.05) higher insulin concentration by 48-hour treatment.Meanwhile,compared with the control group,female calves in experimental group have 7.94%(P〈0.01) higher body weight and 19.18%(P〈0.01) higher daily weight gain after the whole experiment session,as well as 12.18%(P〈0.05) lower serum total cholesterol by 240-hour treatment,8.30%(P〈0.05) higher blood glucose,6.72%(P〈0.05) higher growth hormone concentrations by 72-hour treatment and 6.15%(P〈0.05) higher insulin concentration by 48-hour treatment.Based on these results,we concluded that the exogenous cAMP injection can obviously enhance the growth ability of Qinchuan calves as well as affect some blood parameters.
