英文摘要：

Aiming at resource waste in sequential negotiation model and the low applicability of the model with neutral agent in e-commerce,a negotiation model based on ASP with neutral agent is proposed.Using the answer set,the formal description of the negotiation proposal is given,and the function of the neutral agent is transformed into the ASP knowledge base,and the negotiation process is realized by the ASP solver.Experimental results show that compared with the sequential negotiation model,the model can effectively reduce resource waste in sequential negotiation and improve the negotiation efficiency.Compared with the model with neutral agent in e-commerce,the model can be used for negotiation of non-digital form of negotiation elements.
