针对不确定需求下自由退货政策的供应链协调问题,构建了考虑自由退货与不考虑自由退货两种协调策略,分别建立了随机需求下由单个制造商和单个零售商构成两级供应链的分散决策模型,比较了两种协调策略最优解的实现条件,得出了在顾客需求的分布函数为增函数时,分散协调决策过程中不考虑自由退货的协调策略优于考虑自由退货的协调策略,并设计了回购合同机制,可实现自由退货下的供应链协调。通过数值算例分析研究了两种协调策略下参数的变化对供应链协调绩效的影响。
To deal with the coordination problem of supply chain with consumer return under uncertain demand,two coordination policies with and without consumer return in the decision making process were proposed.The two-echelon supply chain consisting of a single supplier and a single retailer was studied,and its discrete decision models with consumer return under uncertain demand based on two supply chain coordination policies were constructed.Realization conditions for optimal decision under two coordination policies were compared.For any customer demand distribution with strictly increasing cumulative distribution function,the supply chain was better coordinated when consumer returns were not considered in the decision making process.The buy back contract mechanism was designed to coordinate supply chain with consumer return.A numerical experiment was presented to illustrate the influence of the parameters on supply chain under two coordination policies.
