提出了一种飞行器地面振动试验状态的界面载荷和条件分析方法,该方法基于结构动态质量计算,既能根据给定的振动试验条件计算飞行器界面载荷,又能够根据飞行试验状态的结构设计载荷修正地面振动试验条件,使得主结构不会因过试验而造成结构破坏。另外,该方法可以由目前的单自由度结构振动分析,推广到多自由度复合振动载荷环境分析。数值仿真表明,该方法可以有效地应用于地面试验状态载荷环境分析和控制,便于应用于实际工程。
A method based on apparent mass computation was presented to analyze the interface loads and vibration conditions for ground vibration test.On one hand,this method can determine the interface loads between the spacecraft and base shaker with the presetting input acceleration spectrum.On the other hand,the presented method can also modify the input acceleration spectrum according to the design load of the launching process.Furthermore,this method utilizing to single degree of freedom vibration can be extended to multi-degree of freedom ground vibration test.A numerical simulation shows that the presented method is valid to analyze the interface load and input acceleration.
