近年来,虽然长江干流11个省份旅游产业发展迅猛,但呈现出明显的梯度差异,并且每个梯度内省份的产业政策导向也存在差异。研究这些政策差异对旅游业发展的作用,以期通过政策的合理引导,使条件相对优越的省份实现旅游业跨越式发展,最终使流域内各省旅游业协调发展,形成区域旅游互动发展的新格局。
英文摘要：
Recently, although developing rapidly, tourism in the eleven provinces of the Yangtze River has dramatical grading differences ,moreover ,the oriented industry policies of every grade also differ considerately. Analyzing what these policy differences impose on the development of tourism, this article researches on how to make the better-off provinces achieve astriding development by reasonable lead of policy, which finally brings harmony to the tourism development of the eleven provinces and form a new regional mutual development situation.
