企业是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的微观主体,而企业创新发展需要解决创新模式与战略导向匹配问题。在构建创新模式二维分类（开放和封闭、探索和利用）的基础上,构建了创新模式、战略导向和企业创新绩效概念模型,采用问卷调查收集数据,运用结构方程模型展开实证检验。结果表明：不同创新模式对企业创新绩效的影响各不相同,创新模式需与战略导向相匹配。开放探索式创新适合于技术导向和市场导向,开放利用式创新宜偏向于市场导向,封闭探索式创新则适合于技术导向。

英文摘要：

Enterprise is the micro -main body of national innovation development strategy ,and the enterprise innovation and development needs to solve one of the key problem lies in the match betw een innovation model and strategic orienta‐tion .This research constructing a new two dimension classification of innovation (open and closed ,exploration and utiliza‐tion) ,on the basis of logical deduction build up a concept model between innovation model ,strategic orientation and inno‐vation performance ,collect data by questionnaire survey ,and then applies structural equation model to conduct empirical test .The results show that the different performance of enterprise innovation with different match between innovation mode and strategic orientation ,open exploratory innovation can match with technical orientation and market orientation , innovation should be match with market orientation ,closed exploratory innovation should choose technical orientation .
