对直线包络啮合副的星轮齿侧理论型面进行了研究,并定义其特征为齿面所有点都有机会与螺杆接触(但不干涉)。结果证实直线包络啮合副星轮齿的理论型面由3部分组成,即二次包络面、包络直线和轨迹面。但其形成原理不同。除包络直线位置的接触线外,二次包络面和轨迹面区域均在特定星轮齿转角范围内存在接触线(但两者不同时存在)。分析结果为单螺杆压缩机星轮齿型面的设计提供了理论依据。
The paper carried out research works on theoretical tooth shape of the star - wheel of linear envelope meshing pair in the single screw compressor. We defined that there exits theoretical shape of the tooth flank, of which all of the points could contact (but not interfere) with screw. Results show that the theoretical tooth shape of linear envelope meshing pair is composed by three parts of a double envelope face, the straight envelope line and a track face, but the forming principle is different. Except the straight envelope line, the double envelope face and the track face respectively contacts with the groove flank during their range of the rotation angle of the tooth, however, they don't contact with the groove flank synchronously. Analysis results provided theoretical basis for designing the star - wheel tooth of single screw compressor.
